Local Delivery Information :

The delivery service terms are only applicable in Hong Kong. For overseas orders, please refer to all the related terms and conditions provided by the Hong Kong Post.

Please note that all goods will be delivered as scheduled and to the best of our ability. We aim to deliver the goods when there is somebody in. We cannot accept responsibility for goods left outside at the customer's request.

We advise you to inspect your order at the time of delivery, particularly fragile items. If there are any issues please keep the receipt and inform our staff within 1 day so we can resolve the situation quickly. Or you can bring along the fragile items with the original receipt to our retail outlet for replacement within 7 days. Remember when you sign the delivery note you are confirming that you have checked your order and it is in perfect condition.  Ecofood has the right not to accept reported cases over one day.

Upon investigation has completed, replacement of damaged items is only available when valid original receipt is provided.
